You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of security personnel services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for the Government of the Republic of Singapore for a period of two (2) years from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024 with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆提供保安人员服务之投标（“招标”）。本合同从[2022年04月01号] 开始，并以本合同规定的方式在为期 (2) 年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行为期 (1) 年的延展。
