You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Term Contract for Maintenance of Building, Mechanical and Electrical systems at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆大楼设施及机械电器系统维护 之投标（“招标”）。本合同规定的方式在为期 两（2）年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行一（1）年的延展。

3 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.
投标人必须完整填写本附言随附的规定投标表格。

4 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
