ITT - Provision of Reinforcement Works for the Existing Indoor Steel Spiral Staircase (S1) at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai (Closing Date: 6 April 2026)

             You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Reinforcement Works for the Existing Indoor Steel Spiral Staircase (S1) at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.

以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆现有室内钢结构旋转楼梯（S1）加固工程（“招标”）。

2          This ITT contains the following:

本招标书包含以下内容：

a)              Covering Letter; 此附言；

b)              Annex A – Form of Tender; 附件 A -规定投标表格；

c)              Annex B - Instructions to Tenderers; 附件 B - 投标人须知；

d)              Annex C - Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services; 附件 C – 货物与服务合同条款；

e)              Annex D - Requirement Specifications with Evaluation Criteria; and 附件 D - 需求规范及评估标准；及

f)               Annex E – Form of Agreement. 附件E - 招标协议。

3               The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed. 

投标人必须完整填写本附言随附的规定投标表格。

4               Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.

    贵方的投标书必须按照本招标书完整制作和提交。建议贵方在提交贵方投标书前仔细阅读附于本招标书的所有文件。
