ITT - Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Fire Alarm and Gas Suppression System at the Chancery for the Consulate-General in Shanghai (Closing Date: 29 June 2026)

            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Fire Alarm and Gas Suppression System for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆供应消防系统和气体抑制系统全面保养维修之投标（“招标”）。

2          This ITT contains the following:
本招标书包含以下内容：

a)                   Covering Letter; 此附言；

b)                  Annex A - Instructions to Tenderers; 附件A - 投标人须知；

c)                   Annex B - Conditions of Contract; 附件B -合同条件

d)                  Annex C – Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services; 附件C – 货物与服务合同条款；

e)                   Annex D - Requirement Specifications with Evaluation Criteria; 附件D - 需求规范及评估标准；及

f)                    Annex E – Form of Agreement; and 附件E – 招标协议；及

3                    The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed. 
投标人必须完整填写本附言随附的规定投标表格。

4                    Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
贵方的投标书必须按照本招标书完整制作和提交。建议贵方在提交贵方投标书前仔细阅读附于本招标书的所有文件。
