            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Building, Mechanical and Electrical Systems Maintenance Services at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.

2           This ITT contains the following: 

           a)              Covering Letter;

           b)              Annex A – Form of Tender;

           c)              Annex B - Instructions to Tenderers;

           d)              Annex C - Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services;

           e)              Annex D – Requirement Specifications with Evaluation Criteria; and

           f)               Annex E – Form of Agreement.

3           The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed. 

4           Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
