You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Internal and External Landscaping at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of two (2) years from 01 June 2025 to 31 May 2027 with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海的总领事为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆室内与室外绿化全面保养综合维护之投标（“招标”）。本合同从[2025年06月01号] 开始，并以本合同规定的方式在为期 两（2）年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行为期 一（1）年的延展。

2 This ITT contains the following:

3 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.
投标人必须完整填写本附言随附的规定投标表格。

4 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
