You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Frequency Conversion System to the Pump System at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.
