            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the Provision of External Aluminium Cladding Painting Services at the Front Porch of the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.

2            This ITQ contains the following:

a)              Covering Letter;

b)              Annex A – Form of Quotation;

c)              Annex B – Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);

d)              Annex C – Conditions of Contract;

e)              Annex D – Requirement Specifications with Evaluation Criteria; and

f)               Annex E – Form of Agreement.

3            Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.
