You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the Provision of Consultancy and Project Management Services for the Reinforcement of the Indoor Steel Spiral Staircase (S1) at the Chancery of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.

以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆现室内钢结构旋转楼梯(S 1) 加固咨询和项目管理服务插入事项名称之报价（“报价邀请书”）。
