You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Lift and Dumbwaiter System for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further one (1)-year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海的总领事为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国政府关于供应电梯和餐梯系统全面保养维修之报价（“报价邀请书”）。本合同规定的方式在为期两（2）年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行为期一（1）年的延展。
