You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Fire Alarm System and Gas Suppression System for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further one (1)-year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海的总领事为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与供应消防系统和气体抑制系统全面保养维修之投标（“招标”）。

2 This ITT contains the following:

3 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.

4 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
