You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of comprehensive maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of one (1) years from 01 March 2022 to 28 February 2023 with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period.

以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆供应暖通系统全面保养的工作之投标（“招标”）。本合同从[2022年03月01号] 开始，并以本合同规定的方式在为期 一(1) 年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行为期 一(1) 年的延展。

2 This ITT contains the following:

3 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.

4 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
