You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Replacement of High Tension and Low Tension Switchgears, and their Ancillaries at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai.

以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆提供大楼及机械和电器系统维护之投标（“招标”）。

2         This ITT contains the following:

3         The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.

4         Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
