You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Generator System for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further one (1)-year period.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海的总领事为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国政府关于供应发电机系统全面保养维修之报价（“报价邀请书”）。本合同规定的方式在为期两（2）年内有效（“合同期限”），也可向承包方发出书面通知对本合同进行为期一（1）年的延展。

2 This ITQ contains the following:
本报价邀请书包含以下内容：

(a) Covering Letter; 附言；

(b) Annex A – Form of Quotation; 附件A – 投标表格

(c) Annex B – Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations); 附件B – 潜在供应商须知（报价）；

(d) Annex C – Conditions of Contract; 附件C – 合同条件；

(e) Annex D – Requirement Specifications with Evaluation Criteria; and 附件D – 需求规范及评估标准；及

(f) Annex E – Form of Agreement. 附件E – 报价指引。

3 The prescribed Form of Quotation attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.
投标人必须完整填写本附言随附的规定投标表格。

4 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.
贵方的报价必须按照本报价邀请书完整制作和提交。建议贵方在提交贵方报价前仔细阅读附于本报价邀请书的所有文件。
