Minister for Law and Minister for Home Affairs Mr K Shanmugam visited Shanghai from 10 to 12 December 2019 to learn more about Shanghai’s economic development and about how Shanghai uses technology to enhance its police work. Minister Shanmugam was hosted to lunch by Vice Mayor and Director-General of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Mr Gong Daoan, and also visited the Huangpu District Police Headquarters.
