54TH NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION HOSTED BY THE SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN SHANGHAI, 7 AUGUST 2019

On 07 August 2019, the Singapore Consulate General in Shanghai hosted a reception commemorating Singapore’s 54th National Day and bicentennial anniversary. We are honoured by the presence of Mr Wu Qing, Vice Mayor of Shanghai and over 350 Chinese and foreign friends at this celebratory event.   In his address, CG Loh emphasised the importance of safeguarding free trade and upholding the multilateral order.  He also highlighted the strengthening of relations between Singapore and the Yangtze River Delta over the past year.  CG Loh’s speech can be found here.
