VISIT OF DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AND MINISTER FOR FINANCE HENG SWEE KEAT TO SHANGHAI, 24-26 MAY 2019
From 24 to 26 May 2019, Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat visited Shanghai where he met Shanghai Party Secretary Li Qiang and Mayor Ying Yong. DPM co-chaired the inaugural meeting of the Singapore-Shanghai Comprehensive Cooperation Council with Shanghai Mayor Ying Yong and delivered the keynote speech at the 2019 Pujiang Innovation Forum where Singapore was the Country-of-Honour. DPM also visited the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong where he delivered an address on “Governance in an Era of Change”.
