VISIT OF DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER TEO CHEE HEAN TO SUZHOU, JIANGSU AND SHANGHAI, 12-13 APRIL 2019

From 12 April 2019, Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean visited Suzhou where he participated in the commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park.  He had good discussions with Jiangsu Party Secretary Lou Qinjian and other Jiangsu and Suzhou leaders on deepening the long-term substantive cooperation between Singapore and Jiangsu province.


DPM visited Shanghai on 13 April 2019 where he met Shanghai Party Secretary Li Qiang where they discussed the upcoming establishment of Singapore-Shanghai Comprehensive Cooperation Council.  DPM also joined over 3,500 Singaporeans in the 2019 Singapore Day at Century Park Pudong.
