CG Loh Tuck Wai attended the 2017 dialogue between Shanghai Mayor Ying Yong and the consular corps.  This is an annual meeting between the Shanghai leadership and the Consulates-General to foster interaction and understanding.  The attendees at the meeting exchanged views with the Mayor on Shanghai’s policies and next phase of growth and development.
