CG Loh Tuck Wai hosted lunch for President of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) Chen Dongxiao, who had just returned from a visit to Singapore.  Over lunch, CG and President Chen affirmed the good relationship between Singapore and the SIIS, as exchanged views on recent regional developments.
