Minister of State (Manpower) Teo Ser Luck recently visited Nanjing to attend the ground-breaking ceremony of the Nanjing International Water Hub (NIWH).  The NIWH, developed and owned by Sembcorp, is located on the Singapore Nanjing Eco High-tech Island and is envisioned to be a centre of excellence for bringing together leading technology, innovative R&D, engineering and commercial initiatives.
