CG Loh Tuck Wai recently paid introductory calls on Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office Director-General Zhang Xiaosong and Shanghai Commission of Commerce Director-General Shang Yuying.  At the calls, both reaffirmed the good relations between Singapore and Shanghai and explored ways to further deepen cooperation.
