CG Loh Tuck Wai paid an introductory call on Party Secretary of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS) Yu Xinhui on 29 March 2015.  During the call, both sides discussed the latest developments in Shanghai and Singapore, and explored ways to further deepen SASS’ cooperation with academic institutions in Singapore.
