CG Ong Siew Gay was hosted to farewell meals by Pudong Party Secretary Shen Xiaoming and the Director-General of the Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office Zhang Xiaosong.  During the meals, both sides reaffirmed the close relationship between Singapore and Shanghai.  CG Ong also thanked Party Secretary Shen and Director-General Zhang for their support to the Singapore Consulate-General during his four-year term as CG in Shanghai.
