The Shanghai Consular Corps jointly called on Shanghai Mayor Yang Xiong on 1 December 2015.  The Consular Corps was led by CG Ong Siew Gay, as Dean of the Corps.  Mayor Yang gave a briefing on Shanghai’s economic and social development in 2015, as well as the city’s upcoming 13th Five-Year Plan.
