Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong met with Zhejiang Party Secretary Xia Baolong on 9 October 2015 in Hangzhou.  ESM Goh was in Hangzhou to attend the Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA) Board of Directors’ Working Meeting.  ESM Goh and other BFA Board members were also hosted to dinner by Vice Premier Wang Yang.
