CG Ong Siew Gay was hosted to lunch by Deputy Party Secretary of the CPC Pudong New District Committee Feng Wei.  Deputy Party Secretary Feng had made a trip to Singapore in July 2015, visiting relevant government agencies to understand the public governance framework of the Singapore Government.
