CG Ong Siew Gay recently called on Vice President of the Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SPAFFC) Mr Zhou Yajun. Both sides exchanged Chinese New Year greetings and reaffirmed the close people-to-people exchanges between Singapore and Shanghai.
