Zhejiang Party Secretary Xia Baolong called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana on 24 November 2014. Party Secretary Xia was in Singapore at the invitation of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu to co-chair the Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council (SZETC). The SZETC is one of seven provincial business councils through which Singapore engages Chinese regions to advance our economic and trade interests in China.
