Deputy Secretary Chang Hwee Nee (fourth from right) was a guest speaker at the China Smart City Summit co-organised by The Economist magazine and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China on 16 October 2014. DS (MND) Chang Hwee Nee was also invited to the Inauguration Ceremony for the new Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Urban Planning Exhibition Center and launch of the Stamped Postcard in commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the China-Singapore SIP.
