Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat's visit to Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai

Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat was in Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai from 26 to 30 May 2013.
In Hangzhou, Minister Heng was hosted by Zhejiang Vice Governor Zheng Jiwei. Minister also visited the Zhejiang University (ZJU), which was hosting the first batch of Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) students on the Asian Leaders Programme (ALP). Minister Heng also held a dialogue session with a group of Singaporean undergraduates from SUTD, NUS, NTU and SMU in ZJU.
In Suzhou, Minister Heng officiated at the opening of the NUS Research Institute in the Suzhou Industrial Park and met with a group of Singaporeans based in Suzhou.
