Deputy Consul General Chi Chiew Sum was in Nanjing on 29 September 2012 to attend the Nanyang Technological University (NTU)'s convocation ceremony for its China-based students.

Also present were NTU Chairman of Board of Trustees Mr Koh Boon Hwee and NTU President Prof Bertil Andersson as well as officials from the Central Organisation Department and Jiangsu provincial government.
