      Minister of State (MOS) Josephine Teo was in Shanghai from 13 to 15 May 2013. Accompanied by CG Ong Siew Gay and staff from the Ministry of Transport and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. MOS Teo visited the Shanghai Municipal Transport and Port Authority, Shanghai Urban Construction and Communications Commission, and met with representatives from several shipping companies.

      MOS Teo and her delegation also visited People's Square train station to better understand Shanghai's railway transport system.
