NOTICE
On 27 January 2020, the State Council of the People’s Republic of China announced the extension of the Spring Festival holidays till Sunday, 2 February 2020. In line with the announcement, the Consulate-General will only resume operations on Monday, 3 February 2020. Please also note that counter services will only be available from 2 to 4pm between 3 February till 7 February 2020.
In the event of an emergency, Singaporeans may call +86 1380 1949 439 for assistance.

关于延长“中国春节”放假通知
2020年1月27日，中华人民共和国国务院发布了延长春节假期至2020年2月2日（周日）的通知。新加坡共和国驻上海总领事馆也将依照此通知，改为2020年2月3日（周一）开始正常工作。2月3日至7日，前台服务也将限于2点至4点之间。
新加坡公民若有紧急事故，可致电+86 1380 1949 439寻求协助。
