Cessation of Fingerprinting Services for the Certificate of Clearance


Since 9 September 2022, the Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai has ceased the provision of fingerprinting services for foreigners applying for the Certificate of Clearance from the Singapore Police Force. Applicants who require their fingerprints taken may enquire with the local notaries public, fingerprinting agencies or police stations on the provision of fingerprinting services.
