In observance of the Mid-Autumn Festival and China’s National Day Holidays, please note the following changes to the Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai’s operating hours for Consular and Notarial Services.

Mid-Autumn Festival

  • Operating on Sunday, 20 September 2026

  • Closed on Friday, 25 September 2026

  • Resume Operations on Monday, 28 September 2026

China’s National Day Holidays

  • Closed from Thursday, 1 October 2026 to Wednesday, 7 October 2026

  • Resume Operations on Thursday, 8 October 2026

  • Operating on Saturday, 10 October 2026
