        Minister, Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ms Grace Fu led a 58-member strong delegation to Zhejiang to attend the 9th Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council (SZETC) from 25-28 November 2013. During the visit, she also called on Zhejiang Province Party Secretary Xia Baolong and visited Zhejiang University and the China Academy of Art. Besides Hangzhou, Minister Fu also visited Shaoxing and called on Mayor Yu Zhihong. Minister Fu was accompanied by Ms Sim Ann, Minister of State for Communications and Information & Education and CG Ong Siew Gay and officials from IE Singapore, EDB and IDA.
